going on a CC application diet
 

I was just reviewing number of credit cards I obtained in the last year and it turns out I have had a total of 8 or 9 new cards during the last 12 month. Of those, I would need cancel many when the annual fee comes up as the main purpose was to obtain the sign-on bonus. After I got the Schwab visa, I had thought that all my CC needs were met & I wouldn't be temped by any other cards. Then there came the BA 100K offer. I had also gotten the DL Amex for their 40K miles and 2 AA cards for 30K miles each. I really need go on a diet to curb CC addiction. I have had great credit scores but I haven't checked it as of late, but I hope to stay low and recover in the next year or so.

Very smart. Now, if only going on a "real" diet (as in food) were so easy....
