Seoul Incheon transit east bound--no test requirement?
Originating Bangkok, transiting Seoul Incheon enroute to Seattle next month. Less than 24 hours and won't go through immigration. Have tried and failed to find an unequivocal and authoritative source saying no testing requirement. Know there is no testing requirement for the return trip. Korean Air site is hopeless.
