Transit at CMN (Morocco) - PCR Test?

Morocco requires a PCR test for entry. On the United Timatic site, it doesn't mention any COVID requirements for transiting CMN (unlike if you're staying in Morocco, it requires vaccine, PCR, and passenger form.)
That would lead me to think there's no requirement for transit.

But Royal Air Maroc's site says:
Starting February 7th, 2022, as per the information communicated by the Moroccan Civil Aviation Authority, passengers travelling to Morocco can be accepted onboard a Royal Air Maroc international flight upon producing:

For passengers, over 18 years old:
- The vaccination pass,
- The negative result of a PCR test less than 48H (interval between sampling and check-in),
- The passenger health form printed, duly filled and signed ; the form can be downloaded online at : https://www.onda.ma/form.php"
So, will I need a PCR test to be allowed onboard a Royal Air Maroc flight IAD-CMN-LIS? Or does that only apply to those staying in Morocco?

Heard back from the Morocco Consulate in DC. A PCR test is required even for transit passengers.

Unfortunately the local CVS Community Testing Site stopped offering Rapid PCRs this week. What a pain.

The morocco consulate is not the one checking your documents at the airport and they are likely wrong (at least, their information conflicts with United Timatic as you mention). You can get the pcr for peace of mind, but i strongly suspect that at the airport if you produce your vax-card that will be enough because airline agents go by timatic.

The test is not now required for "all travellers" but is still required for some though as I understand it e.g. passengers who have taken a full course of vaccinations over 4 months ago but no booster.

Does anyone know if I would have any issues if my booster was all the way back in November? Traveling in late August.
