Just another reason I am glad that I wear disposable gloves when pumping gas.
Fun fact...or true fact?

I read it in Westways magazine...the magazine that you get with AAA auto club membership so who knows. Ok, even if it is half that amount...still yuck.

"Fun facts" always worry me. Like the "fun fact" that after eating, you should stay out of the water for 30 minutes before swimming. Which is a definite "fun fact" - but also a complete old wives tale.

So what? I consider all such surfaces to be hot and that's a binary state. Disinfect (sanitizer or hand washing) after touching anything hot and before removing one's mask (so you don't inadvertently touch your face.)

These were reputable news sources - anecdotal to be sure but enough of them that I took them seriously that I might need to take extra precautions at gas stations. They were people who had good reason to be extra careful – immuno compromised spouses, ill children etc. End it had no other places they could’ve been exposed Except very unlikely ones like food delivery etc.
What makes food delivery a less likely vector for coronavirus transmission than a gas station fuel pump? They both seem pretty unlikely to me.

It will start to break down around then but it doesn't go bad at 6 months. You can use gas older than 6 months
