Editable version of the passenger locator form?

Hello All,

Is there an editable (or online) version of the IATA passenger locator form somewhere, so that you could just fill the PDF and print it out, rather than write with a pen?

Thanks :)

You can open any PDF in WORD and it is then fully editable.

the IATA form is just a suggested form. Is the country you are looking to enter using this form?

You can get to the same form from the IATA page where it states "suggested" rather than the Robert Koch page you posted

https://www.iata.org/en/programs/saf.../locator-form/

Many countries have their own form and some of them are available to complete online.

UK and Ireland are on line, AFAIK the UK requires the form to be completed online.
Poland is not online, a form is distributed on the plane to be completed and returned to the crew. I am not sure about the land border

Note that the form you linked to is just an "example." Not sure if it's actually being used anywhere. The forms required for entry to Germany are here (in multiple languages): https://www.rki.de/DE/Content/InfAZ/...Covid_Tab.html and they're slightly different (in particular there's the warning about a €25k fine at the top).

They're not editable but you can use a PDF editor (such as the full version of Adobe Acrobat) to add text on top of them. It's not as fast as just typing it into an actual form but might be worth doing if you foresee filling them out a lot. In Greece you now have to complete a form every time you take a ferry, for each passenger: if I had to do it all manually I think I'd have gone crazy, so I had everything prepared in advance - but then I took ferries numerous times, if it's just for a single flight into Germany it might be an overkill, and these forms are likely to be updated without notice.

The IATA suggested form is not necessarily the one being used in the country you are travelling to. Also many countries require online one completion of their own PLF.

They aren't editable either.

But I managed to convert them into a "fillable" PDF with a PDF editor, so all is good now. Not sure why the original forms weren't fillable, but I guess you get what you pay for :)

I keep seeing this thread and always read it as "edible".
