French Polynesia has closed its' borders to cruise ships. I haven't seem anything regarding air travel restrictions however.

Air Tahati Nu did acknowledge the US closure of travel from EU would impact many passengers [transiting LAX I presume] and they were "working on adapting its program and schedule in consequence and will share more details as soon as they will be available".

Poland closing its borders (to foreigners) from midnight on Saturday, as well as introducing other measures
They include: the suspension of international rail and air connections from midnight on Saturday; a ban on foreigners entering the country; mandatory two-week quarantine for Poles returning from abroad.

The measures will initially apply for 10 days, but can be extended by a further 20, and if necessary again, by a further month.

Canada is implementing a major restriction on incoming air passengers: https://nationalpost.com/news/canada...navirus-spread. I wonder what will happen to incoming and outgoing traffic by car.

Suriname has identified its first case, the country’s vice president told the national assembly. Michael Ashwin Adhin said the patient had traveled to the South American country last week from the Netherlands and that borders and airports will close at midnight for all persons and flights.

Coronavirus: Prime Minister Ardern updates New Zealand on Covid-19 outbreak

The prime minister says it is not realistic for New Zealand to only have a handful of Covid-19 cases.

However, "New Zealand has today relative to other countries a small number of cases," Ardern said.

As of midnight Sunday ever person arriving will have to isolate themselves for 14 days, Ardern says. That will mean New Zealand will have the strongest restrictions expect the Pacific Islands.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has announced all travellers will have to self-isolate on their arrival to New Zealand, apart from those coming form the Pacific Islands. She said the measures - in effect as of midnight Sunday - include New Zealanders.

The restrictions will be reviewed in 16 days and there will be more advice for self-isolation next week.

It will be the strictest border restriction rules in the world, Arden said.

Poland closes its boarders, all flights grounded (IATA Travel Centre not yet updated)

Effective 15 March (Sunday)

Sources (both in Polish, use Chrome to translate):

https://wiadomosci.onet.pl/kraj/koro...cznego/bq36skx

Boarders closed for 10 days for foreign visitors; Polish nationals and residents (who can only cross the border via road as all airports are closed for regular passenger traffic) are subject to a 14-day quarantine.

Effective today all shops & shopping malls, bars, restaurants, pubs closed for 14 days (schools, museums, movie theaters, theaters etc. already closed last week). Only grocery stores, drug stores and pharmacies, banks are open.

LOT ceases all international and domestic flights, effective Sunday: https://www.pasazer.com/news/43559/l...ynarodowe.html

Edits: just checked in the GDS'es: all LOT flights are already zered out (effective tomorrow).

Any firsthand experiences regarding Macau? The travel restriction, like many of them, is incredibly sloppily worded:

3. Passengers who have been in Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) will be subject to quarantine for 14 days.

I've "been in" all of those countries, but none of them this year!

Edit: I found this: https://www.macaotourism.gov.mo/en/t...y-requirements
Which clarifies that it's during the last 14 days, and also adds some more countries. I'm not sure the IATA source is a particularly good one, to be honest.

Israel has not closed the border. We have instituted significant travel restrictions:

ISRAEL - published 13.03.2020

Passengers are not allowed to enter Israel.

- This does not apply to nationals of Israel.

- This does not apply to residents of Israel.

- This does not apply to crew members who adhere to special procedures published by Israeli Airports Authority.

- This does not apply to passengers with a specific entry approval from the Population and Immigration Authority or from the Ministry of Health.

- This does not apply to passengers who will stay in Israel for more than 14 days and are able to provide a phone number and address of a person in Israel that can provide them with home quarantine.
So if you are going for a month to visit your kids and they will put you up in home quarantine for 14 days, welcome.
