Skiplagging on CM flights
 

Hi all, Ive an upcoming flights from BOG via PTY to MGA next week with my friend. At the time of purchase ,she was waived from Nicaragua visa requirement, and the visa policy changed by the end of February, we did request an E-visa for her but till now without any notification nor decision, we ve also tried to contact embassies we could reach during our entire trip and visa office from Nicaragua but no response yet. Our ticket was a redemption one way ticket with a layover about 8 hours at Panama City, we intended to have a day trip in the city centre . As we are nearly departing and low expectations to gain her visa, is it possible to ask at the departure airport to skip our second flight as she doesn't meet the entrance requirements to Nicaragua but Panama ?

If you don’t have the valid travel documents for final destination, in your case the Visa. Don’t you will allow to board the flight in BOG to PTY.

Thank you for your reply, in this case we could only cancel the entire booking and make a new one right ? Ive tried to manage or cancel it online but failed. Do you know if I cancel my redemption flights , the two seats we released will come back to redemption availability ? Cause at the moment there is no more Business Saver on our first flight .
