"Unusual Behavior" Error in Copa Website Session
 
For the past week or so, I consistently received the following error attempting to price flights on the Copa website: "We are sorry, we have detected unusual behavior in this session. Please try again later or use a different browser." A seven days by seven days pricing grid is presented along with the error, but one is unable to get actual pricing or see flights if clicking on any date pair.

I have tried using two different computers, three browsers on each, cleared cookies, on / off VPN, all with no change in the above outcome.

I called Copa Airlines to see if they were experiencing a website issue, had any recommendations. Needless to say, that's so-many minutes of my life that I am not getting back anytime soon.

Does anyone have any experience with this error and if so, how were you able to resolve it, assuming that you did.

I have had the same experience. So frustrating! If you figure out how to resolve the issue, let me know!

I still have the same issue. I found out that you have to change to Espanol for it to work. It doesn't work on English site, kept getting the error. You can also use the app to book.

That works, thanks!

Of course this means the "Unusual Behavior" error message as written is absolute nonsense but whatever. I am indeed still experiencing that issue if using the Copa site with English.

The error keeps displaying, with fare initially advertised in teh matrix/table banner that do not actually exist. Of course, it is the lowest price that cannot be found.
I think this is illegal in the US and the DoT would not be happy about that.
