Not able to modify itinerary
 

This is my first experience with Copa airlines and their website. I am trying to modify her reservation to an earlier flight and it says I have to call reservation ..I know I was able to get to next step yesterday as saw flight changes for $0 but reservation center says its $900. WTH.. are they forcing you to call agents so they can charge more?

All change flights need call to Copa, the change penalties is $0 only with more 8 days of start the trip. But can charge fare difference with a new ticket.
I you want flight in this holidays season is normal that everything is full and try get a new space in new flights will be too expensive.
