How to find UA operated segment PNR with CM issued ticket

I googled and couldn’t find an answer. For a United operated segment on a Copa-ticketed itinerary, is there a way to find the UA record locator without calling or messaging? I know how to do this for oneworld but not Star Alliance.

Try the CM record locator on the UA website. Often there will be a notation in the UA PNR that will recognize the OA record locator and then pull up the UA record locator.

I have tried that and unfortunately it didn’t work. Thank you for the suggestion.

Sorry to ask but have you looked through your CM reservation info and receipts? In reverse, that's how you find OA PNRs ticketed by UA.

Which FF program are you crediting the trip?

What do you need the PNR for?

The UA record locator doesn’t show up when pulling the reservation up on Copa’s website.

This is for my brother’s in-laws. He wants to reserve / pay for better seats for them on the UA-operated segments. Crediting to UA.

The bottom line is he needs to call
I will let him do that.

Thanks, all.
