COPA USA Customer Service
 

Hi all. Been trying to call Copa customer service line in the USA all week and can't get through. I just get a busy signal or the call won't even go through. They changed my flights in January and didn't fix my now negative layover. Connection now eaves 1 hour 44 mins before I arrive in Panama.

I just tried them there to see if the number works. I was connected straight away:

Sometimes it does have a weird outage/overload message. But after 3-4 tries it will go though (I believe its a network issue rather than a Copa issue)

I received two notices via email from Copa today about changes to my itineraries for two separate trips. I just tried that number several times and all I do is get a quick busy signal

I am wondering what the outcome of this was. Copa just changed an upcoming ticket for me that also now has a negative layover. I’d have to change the dates of my trip to still be able to fly with Copa. An added complication is that I booked with Chase U.R. Points, so I have to go through Chase to try to get a cancellation. I’m nervous about the outcome.

To say the least it is extremely difficult to get in touch with COPA by telephone. Or at least that was the case last month. I was able to successfully have my ticket refunded by emailing COPA. It did take some time but they came through at the end. Good luck

Try the "online assistant" located on the bottom of the page when you purchase a ticket. It is sometimes more efficient to get in touch with someone than through a call.
