This article has an overhead shot of PTY filled to the brim with 737s. A rough count arrives at just about all of CM's 97 plane fleet.

The article describes the 3 special flights CM made to EZE to repatriate hundreds of stranded Argentinians.

On a different note, LH yesterday had a 747-400 (!) in PTY picking up passengers. Due to the over congested situation in PTY, I am really not sure what gate was used...

I'm not sure if I interpret your surprise correctly, but wide body aircraft have been docking at PTY for many years now. LH had regularly scheduled flights; I typically saw A340s for them, but I've also seen TK 787s, IB A330s, CA 777s. I seen them docked at those "middle gates" in the old terminal, they usually block access to adjoining gates on each side. I think I've seen them use the gates at the tip of the north wing too.

From the images and videos in this article, and the aviation authority's instagram, they landed at gate 135.

It was mostly related to the fact that 747 is an extremely rare visitor in PTY. I'm well aware that WB aircrafts are parked in the middle section of the old terminal - I'm just not sure whether there were free gates available.
