The New Qualification Year - 2018 Status Updated (E-mail)

I received an e-mail yesterday from ConnectMiles acknowledging the 2018/2019 status earned in 2017 and the New Qualification Year has begun. (January 1 - December 31, 2018)

Interestingly the 2017 status is still valid through February 28, 2018 and the new status will be available beginning March 1.

Digital credentials will be available at the end of February.

Thanks -- you just answered a question Copa's 'capable' staff were unable to answer! I asked what I thought was a simple question: What DATE does my status expire?" (Jan 31 or Feb 28?) Their social media (Twitter) people had to open a file and said they'll have someone contact me! Good lord.

Saw the same email in my inbox this morning. Glad to be on the CM Status treadmill for another year!

What is the best way to contact their Social Media team?

In the past few years, I've usually contacted them via DM on their Twitter account. I get a response quickly (at least an acknowledgement), though I sometimes have to wait for a follow-up to fully assist me.

Thank you for your advice. I did contacted them via DM and they responded quickly acknowledging my concern asking further details. Proof will be in the pudding if I can get a resolution. Thanks
