New CM Website launched July 13
Copa appears to have launched their new website this morning.
They have finally included the ability to book award tickets online and some other features including Request for Upgrade, "Copa Vacations" travel packages etc..
Sadly, I still see past completed trips in my "Manage Your Booking", I am hopeful this and other items continued to be improved.

Online award redemption
Could someone who has used CM's website for online award redemption, please comment on how well (or how poorly) it works - for redeeming awards both on CM and other Star Alliance partners?
The ease of redemption as well as being able to avoid to talking with CM phone agents would be a bg factor in deciding whether I finally dump UA MileagePlus in favor of Connect Miles
