Adding Flight to existing reservation

I have a reservation with Copa MCO-PTY-BOG. Is there anyway to add an Avianca flight from BOG to CTG on the end of the reservation?

Sure. Pay for the change. If it is more than buying one way BOG-CTG then buy a one way.

Don't bother. Domestic Colombian flights are extremely cheap and plentiful, make sure you search on the local airlines' sites.
