Anyone fly on copa e-190
HAS ANYONE flown in coach on a COPA E-190? The version with a both First and economy class. I just booked an almost 3hr flight on one for next year and am wondering if it will be OK for that long

It is doable and service will be more than you expect. As a UA plat, also a very good chance of getting SWU a few days before departure. Just like the good old days.
Exit rows and bulkheads are your friend! |
Seat 2E is the best on the plane, then 2F then 1A

I've done the POS-PTY sector many times on E190, it's 2h40m flight. No problem comfort wise. |

NO IFE at all though. Bring a laptop/book/tablet.

I flew one in Y from PTY-SDQ (916 Miles) and it was a very comfortable and pleasant flight. It's a good plane, large windows, newer seating with decent pitch. Frankly, I was more comfortable flying on it then I was flying back on the 737-700

E-190 Y is better than 737's almost across the board. The new model 737-8's have IFE, but that makes little difference to me. Otherwise, the 190 Y-class has wider seats and 2X2 configuration, so no middles. I perceive that there is a bit more legroom too, but don't have numbers to prove it. |
