Continental has always renumbered their flights.
Back in 1986, CO16 was HNL-JFK...today it's LAX-EWR-GLA
CO2 was HNL-LAX...today it's HNL-IAH
CO6 was GUM-HNL-SFO....today it's NRT-IAH-SAT
