Presidential Plus Billboards on NJ Turnpike/I-78

Anyone notice that Continental is heavily pushing the Presidential Plus Card with billboard signage on the NJ Turnpike and I-78?

FWIW they're also pushing it in IAH too -- there's one on BW8 westbound between JFK and 45.

Isn't Chase the one responsible for the marketing of the card?

Not sure, but they are using billboards that have typically been used by Continental exclusively, so I just assumed it was Continental.

I saw the billboards as well. Anyone who doesn't know about the annual fee will find out when they go on their website.

Then I stand corrected...I thought they were the ones previously used by Continental.

The SQ one was Northbound just north of the 78 merge.

CO typically has Southbound as you're exiting the NJT to 78 / EWR / ville. I'm sure there was one or two in the other direction too, but I'm generally passed out from the noxious smell that comes from NJ.

I might pick some up and drive over to the NJ TPK and snap some pics of this sign.

Is anyone else tired of CO/Chase harassing you with this card? I feel like it is all over the airports, continental.com, phone systems, emails, etc.

It's nothing compared to US' pimping of their BoA and Barclay's cards back when they had the dual arrangement.

Going through a US hub terminal was like running the gauntlet.

My favorite was "due to the short duration of this flight, there will be no service. So sit back, relax, and listen to me pimp the card over the PA for the next 19 minutes."

US... always keepin' it classy. :-::-:

Na I don't feel harrassed about it, never hear it on the phone it ins't pimped on the planes PA system, and I hope it never is, but if it does I guess I will just accept it as such.
