IAH PC bartender
 

For regulars at IAH PC - I learned tonight that Tripp was in a motorcycle accident a couple of days ago (he is alright). Some drunk driver ran into him (he was caught) and Tripp was lucky - a broken ankle and some bruises. He will be out for about 3 weeks. The bartenders are starting a private collection to support Tripp. Just wanted to pass this info to regulars who enjoy Tripps stories and drinks.

I hope he sues the pants off the person who ran into him.

IAH E Term PClub. He's the middle aged white guy. Great bartender. :( Can we start our own collection for him here on FT?

Maybe something via paypal, but someone would need to administer the account and distribute the funds. I don't think anyone from CO can get involved to administer the account because the staff are contractors, right?

Glad that he is alive and did not suffer any severe injuries. We were actually talking about him tonight.

Glad he is alright. I hope he has a speedy recovery. He is one example where I actually LIKE a bartender in an airline club... Adds to the whole thing.

Oh no!! I'm glad to hear he's in okay shape and wish him a quick recovery!

I always think he's the guy with hair that is a cross between Keith Richards and Phil Specter.

Don't know of either Keith Richards or Phil Specter; but Tripp is an older, middle hight skinny bartender in E PC with long hair.

The latest is that he is doing well and should be back in a week and half or so.

Just talked to someone from CO. Tripp in addition to the accident had major damage to his house due to Ike. The company he works for doubled the donations from the bartenders taken one day. Also the club leads are collecting money for the fund from Team Members. If we do something perhaps we could talk to a PC Lead and fiqure out what to do.

Will make a point to visit the E PClub and donate a few greenbacks.

Very sorry to hear of this. Tripp is a great guy. I wish him a speedy and full recovery.
