Either way, I don't think some of the actions were appropriate, but most of it was harmless.

Note to self: never-EVER miss a DO again
I have to say...as a relatively young frequent flyer (25), it's efforts like this by an airline to connect with its customers that really say wonders about how CO "gets it." I fully intend on traveling for a long time, and seeing the effort they put into this one weekend will ensure that I will always look to CO first. Pretty cool^
