Names Inverted on split PNR
 
Fly CLE-CDG today with dergon_gf (silver).

Split the PNRs a couple months ago for upgrade. Doing OLCI this am I noticed that my reservation is under her OP acct # and hers listed under mine.

Does it matter?

Is it worth trying to fix or will I likely just screw things up more by calling about it?

Yes it matters -- Call and change it. You will not get credit for the flights if the OP# does not match the name, even if it's in the system that way.
