How Do I Get My 100% EQM?

Currently holding an EWR-MSP-HNL-ATL-EWR itinerary next Monday. EWR-MSP on NW6370 (CO metal, CO270) and MSP-HNL on NW809, both in NW's H class. The NW website shows both flights being in their H class (100% OnePass EQM) but the CO site, showing a separate conf. #, lists the flight as CO270 in CO I class (50% EQM). The e-ticket number begins with '012' signifying NW, if I'm correct about that. HNL-ATL-EWR on DL is not in dispute.

NW shows H class on their codeshare flight number of NW6370. CO shows I class on CO270. If I was on NW metal in H class, I would get 100% EQM for OnePass. But because it is CO metal, CO downgrades the NW H class to their own I class?? I've asked the reason for the change of class to several different folks on the phone. No one has the answer. One gentlemen even stated that I should contact my Carlson-Wagonlit office, who issued the ticket, for the reason. Why should I? I'm looking right now at my Carlson itinerary showing NW6370 in H class. Any answers from the SME's out there? Thanks.

It isn't that the fare is "downgraded" or even changed. It is that the fares map across that way. You purchased what is effectively a discounted flight on CO metal, despite the fact that it also has a NW code on it and you are ticketed on that one. You'll only get the 504 miles instead of the 1008 for that segment.

If thats the way it works, then thats the way it is. I just thought a NW codeshare 100% EQM fare class would equal a CO 100% fare class. Trying to make Platinum this year and every mile counts. Thanks for the response.
