no OP rewards on Gulfstream International Airlines-operated flights?

no OP rewards on Gulfstream International Airlines-operated flights?
I searched for reward travel to/from DUJ and received the following message:
"Continental or its partners offers service between Du Bois, PA (DUJ) and St. Louis, MO (STL) on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays. Please modify your search criteria."
Specifically, I entered dates 11/13-11/16/2008, and revenue tickets are available for those dates. I thought we can redeem OP miles for flights system-wide, including Continental Express and Continental Connection.
Are Gulfstream International Airlines dba Continental Connection flights not eligible for OP reward travel?
