Well it's a Saturday so that should help but I still say mabye a 25% chance you are upgraded. Keep in mind you have the lowest fare class in CO's system which means you will be close to the last on the upgrade list.

What is your elite level? If you're a Platinum you may still have a fairly decent chance, even on the L fare, on IAH-LAX on a Saturday on the 753. At least that's been my experience in the past with that equipment on that route on a weekend, flying on a low fare class.

ETA: Sorry - just read it again and saw that you're a Silver. You might still make it on the 753 flights, but you will be at the end of the upgrade list due to elite status and fare class.

I have been checking this route on the pda site for myself and it looks like LAX-IAH LGA segments have been flying with a few empty seats, so you may have a slight chance.

my crystal ball (CB) is unusually clear with the first two flights. the CB says that you have a 15.5% of an upgrade on the first flight and a 23.8% chance on the second flight. so, the chances that you will be upgraded on both flights is 3.69%.

I'm assuming not very many elites on high fares want to fly at 5:30am on a Saturday, so you probably have a good chance of clearing there.

Not sure about the Houston to LA part.. good luck..
