Chase Card Miles not posting?
 

Usually the miles from my Chase card post within a day or 2 of the bill closing.

I just looked at my account, and for the bill that closed early last week nothing has been posted yet.

I would swear my miles balance went up, but I wasn't paying that much attention to it and it could be from the shopping portal purchases.

Since these were the only miles showing up when all other postings weren't showing up, I wonder if this isn't broken now :(

Mary, I've found the miles to be posting a bit slow lately. It's not just you :)

It wasn't showing at all in the My Account summary area for a couple months, but you could see the activity if you looked at statements. Now, however, it seems to be showing. Weeks after the cc payment has been made, of course.

sometimes there is a delay. thats what happened on my account. but now mine showed up.

I just had several dozens of k's post :)

I just looked, and my Chase miles posted as well. I guess I was about a half day early with my post :)

Mine had not posted yet and I have 15k that has not posted.
