Mileage not posting
 

On 7/23/08 Mrs SG and I received emails with Mileathon results.

Mrs SG and I flew on 7/21/08 and the mileage posted on 7/23/08 to both accounts.

Mrs SG and I flew on 7/23/08 and mileage has not posted to either account.

Mileathon mileage has not posted to either account.

Has anyone had mileage post for flights from 7/23 onward?

I reported the problem here. Miles from 7/25 have still not posted.

I have 7/24 and 2 7/26 flights that haven't posted - strange, but I'm sure they'll get there.

I'm still waiting on a 7/23 flight.

I guess CO has run low on the little electronic miles thingamajigs. They probably need to have some reward redemptions clear before they can send out more...

It just occured to me that these particular miles are the ones that push me over 75K for the year. Maybe they are from a REALLY special batch of electrons ;)

I'm missing miles from flights on 7/23 and 7/24. Miles from 7/28 posted just fine. Whatever it was, must've been a temporary snafu. I submitted a missing mileage request for 7/23. A little while later miles for 7/28 showed up as they normally would 2 days following a flight. Now it seems I'll have to submit a request for 7/24 as well.

My NWA flights from 7/26 posted. So it's gotta be something internal CO --> CO.

My 7/25 flight did not post, whereas my 7/27 flight has posted.

Two CO flights from 7/25 have not posted.
(And I lost one of the boarding passes....)

My 7/24 flight has not posted (nor has the 7/28 flight which is to be expected). Have not had my mileathon "miles" post either.

My miles from 7/23, 7/25 and7/28 still haven't posted. Didn't expect Monday's flight to post yet, but the others should have.

Submitted an online request for 7/23 so far....

Hi Everyone, we're very sorry about this. As you've noticed, we're experiencing some abnormal delays with posting mileage. This should be resolved within the day. I'll keep you posted if this changes.

Does this incule Mileathon credit?

I have miles from 7/14 and 7/23 that have not posted. Logging in to my OnePass account before the trip, my itinerary was displayed under "Reservations", but when checking-in my OP number was absent, and I have nothing displayed under "Recent Flight Activity." I had also signed up for the LHR double miles promotion, which also doesn't show up.
