Continental.com showing incorrect date for new reservation
I just booked a reservation for a family member. The e-mail confirmation shows the correct date of the flight, but under "manage my reservations" it says the reservation is for a different date (one day later).
I called CO and their internal reservation system apparently shows the correct date for this flight, but they see the wrong date when they try to put the PNR into CO.com (the CSR was shocked when she saw this). Apparently CO.com support has received several reports of this, and it's a problem with the website, not with the reservations system, so we should be okay. It's a bit unnerving, however, to see the wrong date listed online... |

Just got the ticketing e-mail and it shows the correct date.
Checked online and it now shows the correct date, too. Very strange. |
Same thing happened to me on Saturday. The reservation online had my parents making a connection before the first leg landed. Very weird.
I called the electronic support desk and the rep said I was the second caller in a row with that problem. She sent a note to the programmers. Later that day, the online reservation was correct. |
A similar thing happened to me today. Booked online just fine but on review the record had the wrong dates, only showed the return leg, goofy arithmetic in the ticket price, and had two passengers in the party - both of them me!
By the time I had decided to bite the bullet and call to sort it out it had resovled its self. Now that I see this is not isolated I will probably call anyway to see if all is well with the record. |
