Best Prices Guaranteed at continental.com?
 

Just received an email and decided to give it a try.
Did a search on NYC hotels, it turns out that the
Hilton Garden Inn Times Square offers 279 for net direct rate, while the CO offers 299.

I doubted CO will price match it.. anyone try this before?

Net Direct is non-refundable, right? Is the CO rate refundable?

When you get to the fine print it is very hard to win a BFG claim.

I just recently booked a hotel via continental.com for Vegas in July. Within about 10 minutes of the booking I found a lower rate via hotels.com. I called up the elite people @ continental and they gave me the number to call.

I contact the travelocity people (I believe which is the actual hotel agent for continental), and filled out the corresponding form. The difference in price was about $13.00. They verified the data and informed me that the difference would be credited to my credit card.

They said it would take about 5 days to post. Just need to check with my credit card statement to see if it has posted yet.
