Where on the Continental website can I tell when my Onepass miles expire?

I couldn't find anywhere where I could see the date that my miles expire - I know I have like 4 or 5 more months but I want to know the exact date. Any way to do this without calling them up?

CO has openly stated that they do not enforce the 18 month expiration policy for miles. So, no need to worry, they won't expire.

really? why is that? and why does every other airline enforce it, but Continental doesn't. Good to know though, thanks.

Northwest doesn't either.

It's probably a good idea to keep an updated address and e-mail in your account in case they decide to enforce it.

You need to check through your statements to your last date when miles were added or deducted from your account. That's your last activity date.

Unfortunately there's no place on the website where this is prominently displayed but I think that's probably best as Continental is at present not enforcing mileage expiration. If an expiration date appeared I can forsee a lot of unnecessary calls to customer service asking about the expiration date.

They do not expire - but your membership may

OnePass miles do not expire as long as your membership is active. To keep your membership active you need to have at least one credit accrued every 18 months. That can be flight miles or some other type such as cc miles or partner (hotel, rental car, etc) miles. This is spelled out on the Co site under OnePass Program Rules- Member Advisory at http://tinyurl.com/2zamwn

I transfer 1K AMEX MR miles each year to my wife and children's OP accounts so they have activity each year, just to be safe. You might want to consider this if you have AMEX.

Or, just make a small purchase from one of the merchants at Shop OnePass.

I agree about getting some current activity to protect your miles, especially with all the merger rumors....never sure what might happen, and what they might do related to miles without recent activity in the account.
