Employees make the difference
 

I always have said that employees make the difference. My mother in law at age 75 suffered a massive stroke last Thursday. I was able to fly my husband down to FL on a few hours notice with the help of the Elite Desk. They got him on a connection and forced him on to a communter flight. He has to stay with his family as the MDs say its a matter of hours. I had to change his return. I got Ann at the Elite desk and I started crying as I was telling her I had to change the ticket and why. She was so compassionate and calming and shared her stories of loss. She changed the flight and put him in an exit row so he'll be more comfortable when he comes back home.
This sad experience was made a bit easier by how CO stepped up to the plate and showed caring and compassion. Continental also helped me when my Mom passed away this summer. Caring people make a company and I will never forget CO's help during trying times.
