Co gets a good review from Zagat
Form Zagat's 2007 International Airlines:
"Often comparable to the best foreign competition, this SkyTeam member boasts convenient schedules, many non stops and bend-over-backwards service (Insiders insist BusinessFirst in the only way to travel); maybe some planes need to be refreshed - and improved with lie-flat beds - but the overall package is well above average and there's seemingly nothing their website can't do."
Voted the best website.
Did not appear in the top 5 in the other categories (food, comfort, service, no. 1 was Singapore Airlines in all of them, except website).
