Emirates Onepass EQM
 

Checking the Onepass mileage earning rules on Emirates flights I see in the *small print that EQM can only be earned on EK flights between LGW and DBX.

Does anyone know if this is a recent change to non-system-wide EQM earning opportunities on EK, or is that restriction part of CO's original agreement with EK?

It's been this way for the longest time, if not from the very beginning. Note that EQM only on the LGW-DXB that's CO codeshare.

For LGW-DXB, only EK12 and EK16. Not EK10.

For DXB-LGW, only EK11. Not EK15, not EK9

Basically, only those with direction connections on CO to/from the US.

I believe the EK EQM-earning policy has been the same since the beginning of the CO/EK frequent flyer partnership.
