Auction Problem
 

I used miles to win an item on the onepass auction. They subsequently took the the amount of miles to win the item out two times (second deduction was 4 days later). I have had very little success with getting a response other than we are looking into it. It kind of stinks because it was a decent number of miles that I can't use until they are re-deposited. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi castle, we are aware of the issue and we are indeed looking to see what happened (all instances appear to be isolated within a limited timeframe). We're are working to redeposit these miles back into all impacted accounts, which should be done in the next week. For those who've called in or emailed, miles should be getting redeposited within 24 hrs. If you'd like to send me a PM with your OnePass number, I'll make sure this is the case for you.

I purchased Yankees tickets and the Auction folks deducted miles when the auction closed and then again when the tickets were shipped. Took about 3 days to fix but sounds like the Insider is on the case.
