Continental Comments
 

I have been a Continental frequent flyer since 1987. There are times and situations where I have used Continental a lot and a little. From reading my past threads, you would certainly know that I have had my share of complaints regarding a variety of issues - still do!

But I was just thinking today, that on balance, Continental has treated me very well.

I have traveled just about around the world to places I would have never even dreamed for what I would consider a reasonable cost. I have usually been treated professionally and in a timely manner. The planes have been more on-time than one could reasonably expect. They have never lost my lugguage and I have seldom missed a connection. The planes are clean. In fact there are few industries that I can think of that have delivered so much for such a reasonable amount. Yes, I would like more leg room. Yes, I think that some of the food (particularly returning from Europe) is inedible. But as long as they get me from one place to another on time, safely, courteously and professionally with my bags, I am satisfied.

Thank you Continental. I can think of few companies that have made as big a difference in my life. Keep it up!
