Bonus miles?
 

I haven't been flying Continental too long, but do enjoy their service. In the past I have received offers from AA and Alaska for flying more segments, etc. I'm wondering if Continental ever as special offers of this nature.

Yes indeed they do but often the offers are targetted.

There hasn't been a non-targeted bonus promotion -- save the new destination ones, and even those are stingy lately -- in years. Long gone are the days of being able to manufacture CO miles by meerly stepping on to a plane. These days the marketing department comes up with some strange formula of people they want to target, like all NY/CT residents, even though some of them fly 100K miles/year on CO) and throw a bonus our way. Otherwise, you're basically limited to your actual miles and elite bonus.

Continental Select and Mileathon are two that come to mind. A search will yield results. They are targeted.
