EQM posting ? please. Thanks.

Hello. I just flew two segments from SMF. SMF to IAH to SJU. The fare basis according to my receipt is H and W. The following was posted to my account for EQM. This is what I am most concerned about to maintain status. Is it correct?

XT/XT 805
805
XW/XW 1003

Total EQM YTD 2613

Thanks. Regards

Looks like you received 50% EQMs. If the ticket was not bought on CO.com you'll get 50% EQMs. Your SMF-IAH flight was a T fare not H fare so if that is an error you should contact Onepass about that as H fares gets you 150% EQMs.

Yes. Q, I, S, W, T, X, L fares earn 50% EQM unless bought on CO.com. All fares post as 50% EQM, with the other 50% showing separately if the fare was high enough or the ticket bought on CO.com. The first number always rounds down (that 1960's bank programmer who gave his personal account all the half pennies is now an industry consultant. ), and the second number rounds up as needed, if there is one.

See Elite Qualification. As kingalien says, you should have earned 150% EQM on the H fare.

Also, if it was a T and it was purchased on Continental.com you should contact them and have them give you the other 50% EQM. Sometimes things post incorrectly as 50% when they should be 100%.

My original ticket was purchased online. I then had to make a change and pay the add collect. What would be the point entitlement in this case? I did receive 500 points as a continental.com booking bonus.

I'd call and ask for the other 50% EQM. You originally purchased the ticket online.

Yes, call the Co.com support desk at 800.300.1547; this is common when a record is touched by a phone agent, and the internet support desk deals with this all the time. I know because they told me when I called in for the 10th time because of this.

Thanks all. Makes me feel lots better. Will call when I return to US.

Not quite correct - only the 50% EQM fares post this way, at least according to my statement. Anything that would earn 100% EQMs regardless posts on my statement with just one line, showing the 100% rate.

Adding on, your original ticket with H fare no longer applies. Your new ticket is on T and W fares so you'll get the usual 100% EQMs on these.

Edit: You can email OnePass for your missing mileage credit: [email protected]

Actually my current ticket is H out of SMF then W to SJU from IAH. It sounds as if no matter what I should be 100% for each segment and 50% EQM bonus out of SMF. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

Somethings amiss here but to sum it all up:

Since you purchased ticket on CO.com:
1. H fare will get you 150% EQMs.
2. All other fares will be 100% EQMs.
3. Since you changed your ticket, CO loses the history that you purchased online so you received 50% EQMs, just call OnePass or email them and have them correct. It will take about 3-5 days for it to reflect correctly in your account.

Well. Back in the US or should I say SJU. I called the desk and the agent was very helpful. I then went over each segment and verified the EQM related to each. She sent it to the support desk.

So. ? If I make a reservation and it is necessary to change. Can this be done online without talking to a agent which seems to mess things up like this? Please advise. Thanks for info..

Call the co.com support desk, not a normal res agent. Or just do the change online. Either way you won't have the 50% issue.

? Why so long to post.

Thank you all. It took a couple calls but I think I have my proper EQM.

I returned from SJU this past Wednesday. My return has not yet posted. What is the average time it takes for flights to post? Thanks
