cancel on continental.com? please help
 

please help. I have a 7:55a flight out of lga tomorrow, and am trapped in upstate ny with no way to get down there.

so, I am desperately trying to cancel the reservation, but can't find anyplace to do that on the continental.com website. I can "change" the flight, but can't cancel.

and, obviously, the phone option is just not happening.

what should I do? please help if you can. thanks!

You must have booked your reservation through a travel agent and that is why Co.com is not giving you an option to cancel on line.

Hopefully this gives you the info you're after.

Due to the storm you are allowed changes to your itinerary without penalty even if you aren't able to cancel by tomorrow.
