Itinerary Not Showing Errors
 
Is anyone having a problem viewing their itineraries? I have a flight coming up and I've tried for two days to view it on line as I can't remember my return segments but it always comes up errors. It's showing in my account but to view the full itinerary it comes back an error. It's an early Jan flight. Anyone else having problems?

I'm able to view all 3 of my itineraries including change seats too.

I'm having trouble viewing several itineries with one saying that I need to purchase it now (its already paid for).:confused: I call elite line and they say everything is fine so go figure.

I think they must have loaded a new update that as usual messed everything up.

Well dang, but atleast I'm not the only one and know there isn't an issue with just my account. But stupid me can't remember the dates of the trips :eek:

Try Viewing by Confirmation Number
 
Sometimes I click on the link in my account to check in or view the reservation and get an error. Then I use the confirmation number, instead of clicking on a link, and it works just fine. Go figure.

This might have been posted in the gigantic "list of website bug" thread...

I have an itinerary for which I have applied for mileage-based upgrades and the upgrades have not yet cleared. The itinerary shows under "Manage Reservations" but I get an error when I try to look at the reservation. The web support folks tell me that there is a bug, and this reservation will not be viewable until all waitlisted segments have cleared.

Which is funny, because I have the exact same issue, and I can see the itinerary just fine. Of course, it has -35 hours between my last segment and the first of the waitlisted segments, but that bug is more humorous than annoying.
