At least this worked for me this year.
As stated above, OP is EXP with AA, so absolutely no need to do anything other than request a status match to CO Plat based on his AA status. There are other threads that have the fax No. for CO status match. I can't do a search at the moment, but if you search, you should find it.

To be honest, I prefer the cradle seat 757s to the angled-almost-flat T7 seats. I can sleep in the recliner position, but angled-flat is no good for me. The 757's are also being converted to AVOD & in-seat AC Power, so IFE is better on those a/c than any other in the CO fleet.
Generally agree, but I disagree on the seat type preference (which is personal of course, lots of folks in both camps). To provide more color to SusanDK's question, the 757 BF cabin is very similar to being on the upper deck of a 747, and those seats are among the most prized on many carriers that fly this equipment. The only real drawback to the 757 transatlantic is that there aren't a lot of places to hang out/stretch/walk around like there are on a widebody (assuming they'll let you downstairs during the flight if you're on the UD of a 747). You can certainly pace the aisle if you need. But while seated, the 757 is just fine -- the seats are actually wider than DL's 767s, which cram 6 abreast. And while the AVOD installation continues, I'm 4-for-4 on getting aircraft equipped with it in the last few months, so either I'm very lucky or they do have a good chunk of the fleet already re-done. It's a great system. OVerall, no need to avoid the 757 flights in BF. I enjoyed my experience even on the 8-hour (flying time) BCN-EWR leg this summer.
