American Eagle miles posting to OP?

Does anyone have any experience how long it usually takes for the American Eagle miles to post to OP if they are sold as a Continental flight number? This is the second time I have flown to San Diego via LAX on Continental and connected in LAX to American Eagle and it has been a few weeks and miles have not posted. Last time I had to send in my BPs for the miles to post.
Thanks.

I would hold on to your BPs and send them in if nothing posts after 4 weeks.

Make sure you keep copies of the BP's if you're sending them in though. You never know what might never get to the right people- forcing you to resend.
