Onepass reward question
 

I know CO offers standard rewards and easypass rewards and there is a significant mileage difference. Do certain classes apply to the different rewards? I have access to expertflyer and can see the various reward classes but they only list them as First, Business or Coach. I assume one of the the Business or First classes are applicable to rewards but im not sure how to tell.

I think your best bet is to call Continental with the dates you want to fly and see if they can offer you a standard reward. I have noticed that patience and flexibility--a little luck too--are the keys to getting standard awards. I also suggest that you call during regular business hours: my experience is that you get much more seasoned CSR's during business hours.
