Changed res to lower fare
Some time ago I had a reservation ticketed on a non ref. fare;
I changed it a few days later and I was charged for the change fee and for the fare increase; Later I changed it again and I was charged for the change fee and the fare went down to lower than the original fare; I was told by the agent that I would have received a certificate for the difference. This is consistent with my previous experiences. I have received the certificate but it shows a total value of $0.00; Does anybody know if this is a mistake or the rules changed? |
Hi pbarutta, there was a technical issue that caused us to send out some travel certificates with incorrect validity dates (1/1/1900) and amounts ($0.00) . The PIN Code on your certificate, however, is valid and will correspond to the true amount you're entitled to. If you want to verify the true amount of your travel certificate, you can do it at continental.com. Just follow these steps:
1. Go to continental.com > Deals & Offers > Promotional Certificates 2. In the "Offer Code" box, enter your Offer Code and PIN Code together (e.g. 06TCVA1234567) 3. Click "Submit" |
Thank you Scott !! ^
