LOL, that's twice in 2 days I've heard something like that from a CO employee. When landing in SEA last night, the FA on the mic who welcomed us to Seattle also personally thanked us for: "Choosing Continental and helping support me and my family in a job I really love." It seemed very sincere, and was a nice touch. I have no problem with people admitting they go to work every day to make a living, and that the customer's money is the biggest part of that equation...honesty is great when it's backed up by good service!
