ClonesRock! Welcome to FT. A quick search will often give you the answers you're looking for here on this forum.

Alternatively, a visit to CO.com would have given you this information:

Thanks, but

your pointer shows R earning 150% EQM. Unfortunately they don't explain why the flights I am looking at on co.com are show that they earn 0% EQM. A quick search here came up empty.

Does anyone know of R fares earning 0% on some flights as compared to the advertised 150% EQM?

This is one of the many bugs noted within the latest release of the CO website. This fare will give you 150% EQMs.

CO Insider - please confirm.

COInsider confirmed that 0% EQM is a bug and will be fixed.

I'd get that fixed ASAP. If I saw 0% EQM, even if I received an oral assurance that it would get 150%, I would be more inclined to search other ST flights that state clearly what the benefits are! I guess that the 0% is a hold over to the old R designation.

In addition to this, the bug with current R fares (i.e., "old R") should be fixed so that it reflects the EQMs for the paid fare, not for the upgraded portion. This really freaked me out last week since the flight I booked that will put me at silver (and just barely for the year) I decided to upgrade and it now shows 0% EQMs.
