EWR Terminal B Intl Arrival--Easy Sailing
I know I've read about this before...but I couldnt find anything on a search.
I was on a flight MBJ-EWR last night (10.35pm) and it arrived in terminal B...which was a great thing!
There were no lines in the new, huge customs terminal...and the whole terminal was pretty empty. It was a bit strange since I never have been to B on a CO flight....It looked like 2 or 3 other CO flight were due to arrive also...
When I got into my car terminal C looked like a huge MESS! It looked like 10,000 cars trying to get into arrivals....
My question is...is this normal? Does this only happen in the summer?
I am assuming that either C's customs were too jammed or there wasnt a gate open at C.....

I've been on that flight, too. it arrives at EWR-B because the EWR-C customs hall is closed for the night by the time it arrives. EWR-C is equally easy to get through if you arrive at a quiet time.
