Flying Delta
Hi,
Two questions: 1. What elite benefits do you get as a Continental Plat? 2. Is there any way to look at your itinerary online if your travel agent booked your flight with your CO onepass FF? |

You get to board early, with elites. I think that's it. I don't know if there is a good way to check your record online. |
Your agent should have given you a confirmation number. Punch that in CO.com and you're off. If the TA didn't give yo ua number get it from them. But any agent worth their salt will give you a confirmation number for crying out loud.

On Delta.com, you can't see what Frequent Flyer number you have on the itinerary until you actually check-in online (which is PITA for an airline's website, BTW). The only way to really know if your CO FF# is in there is by calling Delta. :(

Oops, sorry. I misunderstood the question. That's what I get for doing this jet lagged

If you want to look at your itinerary to verify that your frequent flyer number is in the record, I agree that you have to call.
If you want to look at the itinerary for any other reason (e.g. to make sure the flight schedule has not changed, seat assignments), Delta has a feature on their website to check itineraries... you need the confirmation number (record locator) and the name in the reservation. You can do this whether the record contains a frequent flyer number or not. Just go to "itineraries" on the navigation bar on delta.com. |
