The Huntleigh folks are strictly there to tag bags and transfer them from the bag well to the bag belt.

Those are the only duties they may perform. Have a great day! Yes OLCI is great, but there are times even for people that fly 150k plus a year need some help with a ticket issue. Hopefully CO will figure out the right staff mix and the issues people are having are temporary |

ok so non continental personnel are just handling the bags. They aren't staffing the ticket desk, changing my seats, upgrading me, things like that?
isaw some of this last weekend and the staffing situation definitely was different....also it's not tsa people who rifle through your checked bags after the new poeople get done with them, its more outsourcees! |
