Posting of Virgin miles to CO account
 
Anybody have any clue how long it takes for Virgin miles to post to my CO account? Every other airline is pretty quick but I have a few flights from 10-15 days ago that have yet to post. Should I be worried they screwed it up or is this typical?

Partner airline FF postings are never reliable. Wait for another 2 weeks, then send the BPs and copy of receipt to Houston.

It was posted somewhere here that Virgin sends the relevant information to CO only once a week, so that could add seven days right there if you're unlucky. My recent VS flights took twelve days.

Last November it took about three weeks for VS miles to post. I'm not complaining because that is much faster than Skyteam partner Delta.

Two to three weeks seems to be somewhat normal, IME.

I am putting together a missing mileage request to send to Houston right now for my wife. The form asks for original boarding passes. Our trip was three months ago and hence I do not have said boarding passes. Anyone know what the chances are for my request going through? Thanks.

My LHR-EWR miles from last month posted about 5 business days after the flight. I must've been lucky.
