Waitlist Question
Did a search and didn't find anything.
I have a purchased First fare for a late flight. I have been put in the waitlist in F for an earlier flight. My question is does this waitlist expire at 24hours like the milage upgrade list or does it carry through until departure. Many thanks |

One important note: if your itinerary has a waitlist in it, you'll need to check-in with an airport agent (online and kiosk check-in can't yet handle this scenario). Upon check-in with an agent, you'll be eligible to be added to the airport standby list.
Quick follow up: you say "you'll be eligible to be added to the airport standby list" does that mean I have the risk of my place in the queue getting moved? tnks |

I get waitlisted as a paid F customer. Person B gets waitlisted as a paid F customer *after* me; both A fares. If person B gets to the counter and checks in first, does the waitlist order change in his favor? I ask just so I can plat how early I get to the Airport. Cheers |
