Any Good Seats Here??
I'm heading to Warsaw next week through IAH and AMS.
I usually book the IAH to AMS flight because it used to be serviced by a 777. I love seat 32A or 32L for the legroom and ability to get up whenever I want. I'm a little disappointed that there are 764's on this route these days. I guess the 777's are on the Delhi route. Anyway, I'd like to get the general opinion of which is the best coach seat on the 764? Any thoughts? Again, I like 32A/L on the 777 because of the legroom, window, and ability to get up whenever I want. What's the concensus pick? Thanks in advance, Randidliyo. |
The bulkhead rows in Y on the 764 are 16 and 31, check seatguru for the layout.
I generally prefer 16A or L if I can snatch them. After that I would take 17, 18 or 19 before row 31, but that's a personal preference. Especially on CO47 (AMS-IAH) as its nice to get a jump on the crowd at immigration. Note: The lavatories in front of row 16 are for Y on the AB side and for BF on the KL side. (So on the AB side you might have people waiting next to row 16, but on the KL side you have to go all way back to row 29 if you need to use the lavatory yourself.) |
what about the legroom in row 16?

There is no "cut-out" in the bottom of the bulkhead so you won't be able to strecth out your legs as much as you would in a non-bulkhead row.

Go with 16F, 16K, or 16L. |
I'm 6'3".
I use seatguru alot, but it doesn't show a single GREEN seat, anywhere. That's why I was looking for some input. |
